Program Info

This is our flagship group program, with a unique blend of conditioning workouts and some strength elements – we, at Functional Fitness believe this is first and foremost for anyone looking to develop their fitness. We develop this program to be scalable for all levels of fitness, so you do not have to worry about being able to keep up, our coach will be there every step of the way to make you feel right at home! This program also serves as the fundamental part of all other programs given out at Functional Fitness, so we can all do it together, have fun, and get sweaty!

Group Classes at Functional Fitness

Class is where it is at! Our group training model is second to none. Imagine exercising with a group of fun, friendly, like-minded individuals lead by a coach whose job it is to make sure that you get seriously fit whilst having a great time doing it… enough said!

FF-Move is our flagship class. We follow the CrossFit methodology with a whole lot of our own Functional Fitness identity sprinkled in. We write our program and we champion it. We believe it’s the best exercise program out there and we believe that our coaches are the best at delivering that program in a group setting to you!
