3. Sign up and learn the basics

Once you sign up, your assigned coach will contact you to organise your 3 onboarding sessions (*charged separately £69). Onboarding is designed to help you gain the best experience possible through teaching the fundamental movements so that you feel more confident going into class, you move safely and to get the most from each and every class.

4. Change Your Life
