Hello everyone, I’m Kallie, I’m one of the personal trainers  at FFD and I run the Post Natal classes, Functional Fitness Mums And Babies.
I have always loved exercise. I was definitely that kid at school who thought P.E. was the olympics. However I’m proud of it! I believe that my love of exercise and the structure and dedication it taught when when I was younger has turned me into the driven, hard working adult I am today. Having said that, I always try to encourage the little ones who come into my Post Natal classes (where they can and it’s safe to) to get involved in some bodyweight exercises too.

My true passion lies with helping women to feel the confident, fit and strong, specifically mums because they’ve just done the most amazing thing, carrying a baby for nine months and I want to help them achieve things they didn’t think was possible. This comes from always being called “skinny” and told that “I didn’t need to go to the gym”. When I started Crossfit, my body started to change, I grew more muscle and loved all the new exercises I had learnt. There’s always something to work towards and that’s the beauty of it. I absolutely love nothing more than spending an hour doing a gruelling workout with members who become like friends.
