Introduction

I’m a fun, friendly and approachable individual who always strives for the best for myself and others. I believe in adopting a consistent, hard working approach, where clients aim to be the best version of themselves. Knowledge on nutritional intake, regular goal evaluation and exciting innovative sessions are just a number of the things you can expect from me, as well as being pushed at all times to your maximum potential. I see the health and exercise industry as a lifestyle rather than a job, where my own enthusiasm, drive and motivation wears onto those around me.

My main passion within the industry is nutrition. I strongly believe it’s the most important piece of the pizza, that is overall health. I enjoy educating people on all things food, from performance based considerations to enjoying social outings whilst still achieving goals. I created and run a successful nutritional course called ’40 Days Of Change’ (40 DOC). The course is delivered entirely online, suitable for all and easy to use. You’ll also enjoy me pestering you to truly dial in your habits and create positive change, back this with ethical nutritional knowledge and nothing can stop you ion achieving your goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in Physical Activity and Health
  • HNC Fitness, Health and Exercise
  • CrossFit Level 1
  • Qualified BTN Nutrition Coach
  • YMCA Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor
