Everyone starts with Fundamentals at FFG

Our fundamentals course can be completed either in a small group or 1 to 1. It is entirely up to you!

Small group fundamentals – Completed over 2 days (Saturday & Sunday), 1.5 hours per session. This way we are able to go over the basics and get you started quickly. This option is for those who are primarily stepping up their fitness and taking it to the next level.

1 to 1 fundamentals – Completed over three 1 to 1 session with one of our expert coaches. This option is open to anyone but is primarily set up for those who are looking for a more personal experience allowing the coach to focus just on you! This option is great if you are lacking confidence and/or new to fitness or just getting back into it.
