Introduction

Hey guys, I’m Sarah, one of your coaches at FFD!
I got into the fitness industry after too many years of being unhappy with myself and my career. Change was needed so I studied whilst working full time and became my own first client. I used my new-found knowledge to become a much fitter, healthier and happier person and now my passion is to share that with others and help them in their own journey!

I love to help people build confidence in the gym – whether that’s mastering a new skill or simply setting foot in the building for the first time. I also specialise in exercise referral, working with people who have long term health conditions. This involves teaching them to make important lifestyle changes and integrate fitness as a part of their condition management, whether that is to ease symptoms or improve their mental health.

Me personally? I fell in love with Crossfit as soon as I walked into FFD and I am still working on my endless list of weaknesses…but that’s half the fun! I love a deadlift. I may be the only person on the planet to love a Devil’s Press. And I’m slowly but surely starting to enjoy running! Usually I’ll complain about any form of thrusters and double unders…but as long as I’m training with my friends I am happy!
